I want to share an extraordinary journey with you—how I unexpectedly entered the world of esthetics and healing. My name is Ruta Delsman, and for over 20 years, I thrived in the fashion industry as a designer of high-end clothing and jewelry. Never did I imagine trading fabric and gemstones for massage oils and healing energy, but life had other plans.

 

It was almost two years ago, and it was one of those migraines I had struggled with for a long time. This time, the pain was so intense that I couldn’t eat, drink, or function for three days. During this time, I had a vivid vision: I saw myself, dressed in white, helping a woman transform her body through massage. It felt so real.

 

At first, it seemed strange—I was a fashion designer, not a healer! But the vision lingered. Days later, over coffee, I told a friend about it. She looked at me in shock and asked, “Do you actually know how to do anti-cellulite massage?” Without thinking, I said yes and began explaining the techniques in detail. She was amazed—she reminded me that I had never mentioned this skill before. That’s when I remembered: I had earned an esthetician diploma in 1995, long before my fashion career.

 

Intrigued, she immediately asked me to give her a session. Within weeks, I purchased a massage table, and her results were astounding. Even her boss noticed and became my second client. Soon after, I was offered a position at Portofino Salon in Beverly Hills while growing my own clientele. Clients were amazed by the immediate effects of my lymphatic massage. One woman, who struggled to walk, improved dramatically after just three sessions.

 

Looking back, I realize my entire life prepared me for this path. My travels exposed me to healing techniques, and years ago, I studied anatomy and healing without knowing I would one day use that knowledge.

 

What began as a vision during a migraine has become a life-changing journey. Today, I’m honored to combine esthetics, healing, and sculpting to help people feel their best. And I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next—perhaps, my dear reader, you will be my next client.
